Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born April 16, 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. His father is an Argentine and has Scottish and English roots. Her mother is Spanish and English descent. She was the first born of a family with six kids. Four are her siblings from the previous marriage to Taylor's dad. After being in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor Joy stated that moving from Buenos Aires to Victoria was difficult, and she didn't take the time to learn English and was hoping to go again to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school when she switched from Northlands. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in shows. At the age of 16years old, Taylor-Joy left the school to pursue a full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy has always wanted to be an actor. When she was 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the chance to become a model.
