Kari Samantha, born in 1967 is an American artist, actress and vocalist (born on April 28 1967). Her career began when she was a teenager and is best famous for her character of Maggie Beckett in the television series Sliders and also as Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), who is a payroll manager, and German American Andrew Wuhrer, a police officer and car salesman. There are three sisters and brothers. As a teenager she was a nightclub performer by sneaking from the house. Kari Wuhrer is an American model, singer and actor. She began her acting career at Wooster School when she was thirteen years old. Her birth date was April 28 the 28th of April, 1967 in Brookfield Connecticut. Her father is German American and a dealer in cars and a police agent. Kari is the youngest of three children. When she was in her teens her nightclub performances were a highlight by slipping away to take a break. In the year she turned 13 young, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School, then enrolled in drama studies at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with renowned teacher Uta Hagen. Kari began acting when she was aged a teenager. Her first television break was in 1987 on MTV's Remote Control.
